Dehydrated Zucchini | Commercial Dehydrators

As you may know, peak season for zucchini is during summer months. But what to do with all of this juicy, delicious produce? Rather than letting your zucchini go to waste at the end of the season, dehydrate it! It's a great way to store your seasonal zucchini bounty all year long without taking up precious space in the fridge.

  1. Wash the zucchini and cut off any dark spots. You don't have to peel.
  2. Slice into slices of about 1/8 inch (3 mm) thick then cut up each slice into quarters.
  3. Dehydrate at 135°F (57°C) for 7-8 hours.
