DrySync™ Technology
Introducing DrySync™ technology. This advanced system allows you to precisely regulate the intake and exhaust valves for the airflow system. It starts by building up the humidity level in the drying chamber. Then it cycles the exhaust system on and off throughout the drying program to evenly remove moisture from the centre of your product. This ensures even and consistent drying while preventing case hardening, which leads to premature food spoilage due to internal mould and bacteria growth. With our DrySync™ technology, you can achieve optimal drying results every time, ensuring the highest quality end product.
Programmable Staged Drying
Our unique Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) enable you to conduct staged drying cycles according to a predetermined recipe. With up to five customizable steps, each with its own programmable temperature and time settings, you can achieve precise and consistent results every time. This feature is particularly useful for “kill-step” processes when making beef jerky and for reducing dry times by starting the cycle with a higher temperature and then gradually decreasing as your product loses its moisture. Uniform Drying without Rotation
