  • 1 1/2 cups finely chopped plum
  • 1 cup sweet cherries, pitted

Instructions
  1. Add cherries and plums to a blender and process into a smooth puree.
  2. Spread mixture evenly, about 1/4 inch (6 mm) thick on a dehydrator tray lined with parchment paper or teflex sheet. Dehydrate at 130°F (55°C) for 6 to 10 hours or until fruit leather is equally firm. It should be flexible and show no sign of moist spots.
