- In a bowl, mix maple syrup and salt. The mixture should have a salty finish without being too overpowering.
- Coat nuts in maple syrup mixture.
- Place on dehydrator sheets for 8 hours at 95-100°F (35-38°C). After 4 hours, turn almonds and continue to dehydrate.
