  • 16 ounce jar of roasted peanuts
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2tsp. sesame oil
  • 1/2tsp. five spice powder
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Instructions
  1. Place nuts in a bowl. Combine all other ingredients and whisk together.
  2. Pour over nuts. Marinate nuts at least 8 hours or overnight.
  3. Drain liquid and place nuts on dehydrator tray. Dehydrate for 5 hours at 135°F (57°C).
