You probably already have the ingredients for these easy, vegan cookies in your pantry. Take your overripe bananas and use your dehydrator to create these tasty treats. The texture of these cookies should be soft and chewy, not crisp, so do not over-dehydrate.

  • 1 cup sweetened lake coconut

  1. Rehydrate raisins for 20 minutes in warm water.
  2. Combine banana, raisins and coconut in a food processor until a paste forms.
  3. Dehydrate for 6-8 hours at 110�°F. Flip mixture over and dehydrate for another 6 hours.
