Unsweetened Fruit Powder | Commercial Dehydrators

Fruit powder is a great way to add flavor and sweetness to many desserts. Because it has less moisture than fresh fruit, it is especially good in cakes, pies and other baked goods where the texture needs to be kept moist. Since fruit powder can be used as a substitute for any other dried fruit in recipes, you have the flexibility to use your favorite type of dried fruit. Or try a combination of different fruits for a unique flavor.
