Tangy Dried Mangos | Commercial Dehydrators

This slightly sweet, mildly tangy fruit treat will be an instant favorite with kids and adults. Freshly squeezed lime juice preserves the mangos color while adding just the right amount of acid.

  • 4-5 ripe mangoes
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
  1. Peel and slice mangoes into thin, even strips.
  2. Dissolve honey in lemon juice. Mix well and add salt.
  3. Dip mango slices into honey mixture. Shake off excess.
  4. Arrange in a single line in your dehydrator and set temperature to 135°F (57°C). Allow mangoes to dehydrate for 8-9 hours.
