Give your regular veggie chips a fancy upgrade with these sweet potato chips. With only two ingredients and a few minutes of prep, you can enjoy these crispy and flavorful chips any night of the week.

  • sea salt to taste

Instructions
  1. Using a mandolin, slice the potatoes as uniformly and thinly as possible.
  2. Add salt and toss with the sliced potatoes. Spread the slices on the dehydrator tray, ensuring they are in a single layer.
  3. Turn on the dehydrator and set the temperature to 115°F (46°C).
  4. Dehydrate for 15 - 20 hours.
  5. Store the chips in airtight containers.
