Sun-Dried Tomato And Penne Soup | Commercial Dehydrators

This delicious Sun-Dried Tomato and Penne Soup is the perfect winter food. It’s super tasty, easy to make, and sure to be a winner for the whole family.

Instructions
  1. Add mushrooms to hot water and let soak for 30 minutes. Remove mushrooms and rinse under cold running water.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine rehydrated mushrooms with penne pasta, dehydrated tomato slices, onion flakes, parsley flakes, minced garlic, dried thyme, minced basil, red pepper flakes and vegetable broth.
  3. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and let simmer until the pasta is tender.
  4. Stir in the wine, cannelloni beans and diced tomatoes. Let simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve warm.
