  • 1 bunch collard greens, washed and leaves roughly torn
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1/2tsp. sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions
  1. Toss collard greens, olive oil and spices in a bowl.
  2. Place collard greens onto a dehydrator tray.
  3. Set the temperature to 140°F (60°C). Dehydrate for 2-4 hours, or until crispy.
