- In a bowl, mix seeds and seasonings with water. Stir until the mixture is well incorporated and leave for 10-15 minutes to allow seeds to become pudding-like.
- Spread onto dehydrator trays. Batter should be less than 1/4 inch (6 mm) thick. Dehydrate at 110°F (43°C) for 8-12 hours. Flip them over and dehydrate for another 8 hours.
