- 1/2 cup fine breadcrumbs or ground oats
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. dried sage
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
