  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 1 cup apples
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Instructions
  1. Blend all of your ingredients in a blender until you reach a smoothie like consistency.
  2. Spread your mixture on a non-stick mat and place in your dehydrator for 6-8 hours at 104°F (40°C)
  3. When dry, peel the roll up off your mat and cut, roll or rip into rolls and store in an airtight jar with a moisture absorber.
