- 3/4 cup chia seeds, finely ground
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce

- 1/2 cup pepitas

- Process quinoa until finely ground. Add all the other ingredients except pepitas and pulse until well combined.
- Spread mixture on dehydrator sheets. Sprinkle pepitas on top and press down to adhere to mixture.
- Cut into squares. Dehydrate for 8-12 hours at 140°F (60°C) or until crunchy.
