  • 3 mangoes, chopped into cubes
  • 2 fresh limes
  • 3 tbsp cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions
  1. Zest the limes.
  2. Pour lime zest and other ingredients into a food processor or blender. Pulse ingredients into a smooth puree.
  3. Line two dehydrator racks with parchment paper and then spread puree evenly on racks. Place in a dehydrator and dry at 155°F (68°C) for 12 hours.
