This is an all-purpose rub that works equally well with meat, poultry, or seafood, and particularly well with brisket and ribs.

  1. Combine  the  ingredients  in  a  spice  grinder  or  blender  and  process  into  a coarse powder.
TO USE
  1. Use 1 tablespoon of rub per 450g; for meat and poultry, rub it in, then let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. When using it with seafood, don't let it sit for more than an hour before cooking.
