Graham Crackers | Commercial Dehydrators

These crackers have all the flavor of your favorite cookie, but are made primarily of nut flours. You can add any combination of diced nuts, dried fruits or cacao nibs for added texture. If you purchase your almonds or oats whole, ground them first to a powder in a food processor, or preferably a Vitamix.

Ingredients
  • 4 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Instructions
  1. Pulse all ingredients in the food processor.
  2. Spread onto dehydrator trays. Make sure graham cracker mixture is about 1/8 inch (3 mm) thick. Dehydrate at 115°F (46°C) for 4 hours.
  3. Cut into squares and then flip and dehydrate for 6 more hours.
