  1. Wash the yellow squash then cut off the ends.
  2. Slice into rounds with a knife or mandolin.
  3. Arrange on dehydrator trays in a single layer.
  4. Dehydrate at 135°F (57°C) for about 7-8 hours.
  5. Let cool then store in an airtight container.
