Dehydrated Strawberry | Commercial Dehydrators

These dehydrated strawberries offer a natural, sweet taste sure to curb those sweet cravings. Perfect for trail mixes or just an on the go snack, these dehydrated strawberries offer a great way to enjoy this fruit any time of day.

Instructions
  1. 1. Wash strawberries and drain. Slice off the hulls and discard.
  2. 2. Slice each strawberry from top to bottom or crosswise. Try to make the pieces close in size, about 1/8 to 1/4-inch (3-6 mm) thick.
  3. 3. Arrange the slices of strawberry on the dehydrator trays with a space of about half inch between them.
  4. 4. Dehydrate at 135°F (57°C) for 8 to 14 hours.
  5. 5. Let cool completely, store in airtight containers and place in a cool, dry and dark place.
