This dehydrated radish recipe will help you make radishes more than just a garnish. The process of dehydrating the radish mellows out its sharp bite while maintaining its full flavor, creating a satisfying crispy snack.

Instructions
  1. Make a solution of 1/2 cup of vinegar in 1 1/2 quarts (1.4L) of water.
  2. Rinse radishes then soak in the vinegar solution for 10 minutes.
  3. Slice into thin slices with a knife or mandolin.
  4. Arrange on dehydrator trays in a single layer.
  5. Dehydrate at 125°F (52°C) for about 7-12 hours.
  6. Let cool then store in an airtight container.
