Dehydrated Portabello Mushrooms | Commercial Dehydrators

Dried mushrooms can be used in soups, stews, or homemade pasta sauce. Simply dehydrate them at home so you always have some on hand when you need it! If you soak or wash mushrooms in water prior to dehydrating, they will turn an unattractive gray color. These are still fine to eat and cook with, but for a nice-looking dehydrated product, simply clean your mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth. Pre-cleaned or pre-sliced mushrooms purchased from the store will turn out perfect
