Instructions
  1. Combine  the  ingredients  in  a  spice  grinder  or  blender  and  process  into  a coarse powder.
TO USE
  1. Use 1 tablespoon of rub per pound (450g); for meat and poultry, rub it in, then let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. When using it with seafood, don't let it sit for more than an hour before cooking.
