Dehydrated Cucumbers | Commercial Dehydrators

These Dehydrated Cucumbers are a handy snack for children, or adults. Great for camping, lunch boxes and just as a healthy snack. They are also great to throw into salads, stir frys or dunk them in your favorite dip.

Instructions
  1. Wash the cucumbers and peel (if necessary).
  2. Slice into 1/8 inch (3 mm) thick rounds. If the seeds are large, you may choose to scrape them out by cutting the cucumber into half lengthwise before slicing.
  3. Arrange on dehydrator trays in a single layer.
  4. Dehydrate at 135°F (57°C) for 6-8 hours.
