These Carrot Chips are a healthy alternative to potato chips and taste salty and sweet like sweet potato fries! The thinner the slices, the crunchier the chips. Ideal for snacking at home or on-the-go.

  • 1 fresh carrot
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
  1. Wash carrots thoroughly and dry; slice into thin slices.
  2. Mix carrots, cinnamon, melted coconut oil and salt together in a bowl.
  3. Spread carrots mixture on a layer on the dehydrator trays and dry at 125°F (52°C) for 6 to 10 hours or until dry and crispy.
  4. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
  5. Store crispy carrots in an air-tight bag or container.
