These Dehydrated Smoked Salmon Bites are a real treat on hiking trips. So delicious and packed full of protein, Omega 3 fats, and all the flavour of the perfect smoked salmon! The perfect snack or meal for all those summer adventures you have planned!

  • Canned smoked salmon

Instructions
  1. Drain salmon then remove the skin and bones.
  2. Crumble as much as possible to eliminate big chunks and place on dehydrator sheet.
  3. Dehydrate for 4 to 5 hours at 155°F (68°C).
  4. Let cool completely, store in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry and dark place.
