  • 2 cups raw walnuts, soaked overnight
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. laky sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  1. Drain walnuts and dry. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over walnuts.
  2. Place on dehydrator sheets for 4 hours at 125°C (52°C), or until no longer wet or sticky.
