- 3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons powdered dehydrated apple
- 2 teaspoons powdered dehydrated blueberries or other berries
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 5 ice cubes

- Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
