- Spread fruits, leaves and berries on a single layer on a dehydrator tray lined with sheet. Place in dehydrator and dehydrate at 135°F (57°C) for 8-18 hours until totally dry.
- Store in a glass jar or air-tight bag to prevent mold. If desired, mix tea ingredients together or store ingredient separately in different jars or bags.
- Use cups per ingredient if making small quantity of homemade tea. Leaves and berries will shrink once dried to have the quantity.
- To make tea: Pour 1/4 cup of each tea ingredient into a bowl or into coffee. Pour boiling water into the tea. Allow tea steep fully for 5 to 7 minutes. Pour in a warmer to keep tea warm and enjoy.
Note: Sweeteners are not needed because most herbal teas are not bitter; add small amount of honey if desired.
