- Add berries, greens, beets and enough water to a blender and process into a smooth puree. Sweeten mixture by adding Stevia.
- Spread on solid sheets; use a spatula or spoon to spread mixture evenly to about 1/4 inch (6 mm) thick. Place in dehydrator and dry at 115°F (46°C) until completely dry. Flip over and gently remove solid sheets. Dry on mesh sheets for 6 to 8 hours in total.
- Use a clean scissors to cut fruit leather into squares or long strips.
