  • 2 cups berries (any type)
  • 1 cup beets, peeled and chopped
  • 1 to 2 handfuls finely chopped greens like kale, lettuce, spinach
  • Stevia
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions
  1. Add berries, greens, beets and enough water to a blender and process into a smooth puree. Sweeten mixture by adding Stevia.
  2. Spread on solid sheets; use a spatula or spoon to spread mixture evenly to about 1/4 inch (6 mm) thick. Place in dehydrator and dry at 115°F (46°C) until completely dry. Flip over and gently remove solid sheets. Dry on mesh sheets for 6 to 8 hours in total.
  3. Use a clean scissors to cut fruit leather into squares or long strips.
