  1. Process  all  the  ingredients  together  in  a  blender  or  food  processor  on  the fine or coarse setting (your choice).

Storing instructions

  • The breadcrumbs can be vacuum-sealed with an oxygen pack and double-bagged in Mylar, or stored in a glass jar with an oxygen pack in a cool, dark place. Crumbs will keep for up to a year

A slightly sweeter version of ordinary graham crackers, the apple cinnamon variety has the inviting and familiar flavors of apple, honey and cinnamon. If you soak nuts or seeds and donet plan on using them that day or the next day, place them in the refrigerator. Always consume them within 1-2 days after soaking.
