Beet And Hemp Granola | Commercial Dehydrators

Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/3 cup golden berries (use raisins or cranberries if desired)
  • 1 medium or large-sized roasted beet, chopped (use roasted, steamed, or raw if desired)
  • 6 large medjool dates, pitted, soaked for 4 hours and drained
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
  1. Add beet, oil, dates, cinnamon water and salt to a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Mix oats, golden berries and seeds together. Pour the beet mixture over them.
  3. Spread granola on dehydrator tray lined with non-stick sheet. Place in dehydrator and dry at 115°F (115°C) for 6 to 8 hours or until completely dry and crisp.
  4. Serve dehydrated granola over fresh berries or sliced banana with almond milk. You can serve over smoothie if desired.
