Apple-Cherry-Apricot Fruit Leather | Commercial Dehydrators

The tartness of cherries and granny smith apples combine with sweet apricots to make a refreshing fruit leather. Besides adding sweetness, honey enhances the soft, chewy texture of the fruit leather.

  • 1 cup peeled apricots, sliced into chunks
  • 1 cup granny smith apples, peeled, cored and cut into small chunks
  • 1/2cup cherries, stems discarded and pitted
  • 1-2 Tbsp. honey

Instructions
  1. Puree apricots, apples and cherries in a food processor. Add honey and pulse.
  2. Pour mixture onto fruit leather sheets.
  3. Set the temperature to 135°F (57°C).
  4. Dry for 8-10 hours, or until leathery to touch.
